The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Sales; requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain, and proven leadership, MRP/ERP, inventory control and Lean experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience across planning, procurement, warehouse and logistics.
• Strong MRP/ERP, inventory management, supplier management, and Lean/continuous improvement experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Establish inventory strategies that balance material availability, customer service, and working capital.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages, supplier issues, and capacity constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, process optimization, and Lean initiatives across the supply chain.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics and hold the organization accountable for results.
• Lead and develop the Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, MRP, and material availability to support customer and production requirements.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier performance, including cost, quality, delivery, and lead times.
• Direct warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, receiving, and shipping.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, freight costs, and customer delivery performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to align supply chain activities with plant and business objectives.
