Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across distribution, fabrication, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships.

This strategic, hands-on leader will partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure the right products and materials are available at the right time and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8-12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, fabrication, or related B2B industries.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain planning processes.
• Experience developing and managing supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with growth and profitability.
• Lead procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
• Establish supply chain policies, processes, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reduce costs, shorten lead times, and increase efficiency.
• Develop risk-management and business-continuity strategies.
• Collaborate with executives on capacity, sourcing, and planning.
