Wieland North America, Inc. in Verona, VA is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities ensuring timely, cost-effective flow of materials from suppliers through production to customers.

On-site role with a base salary range and potential bonus based on company performance. The role covers production planning, material planning, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance, partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership across planning, procurement, warehouse and logistics.
• Strong MRP/ERP, inventory management, supplier management, and Lean/CI experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish inventory strategies balancing material availability, customer service, and working capital.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including shortages and capacity constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and Lean initiatives across the supply chain.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and hold the organization accountable for results.
• Lead and develop Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, MRP, and material availability.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier performance including cost, quality, delivery, and lead times.
• Direct warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, receiving and shipping.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, freight costs, and customer delivery.
