Job summary

The role drives lean initiatives, supplier performance, and continuous improvement to meet production and delivery goals. Core duties include leading materials management, coordinating kanban deployment, 5S, and shop-floor control, while collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations to optimize inventory accuracy and PPV

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain management at manager level; 10–15 years in Materials Management.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, 5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for purchasing, planning, scheduling and logistics.
• Collaborate with Quality to implement supplier scorecards.
• Deploy lean initiatives, Kanban, 5S and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute inventories, master production schedules and capacity.
