ICM, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source, purchase, and expedite materials, equipment, and services for active and upcoming capital projects.

You will collaborate with project teams, maintain accurate D365 records, and escalate risks early to protect cost and schedule.

This detail-oriented buyer balances urgency with process discipline, ensuring supplier performance and timely delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience required.
• Experience supporting capital projects or industrial procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute project procurement: source, quote, negotiate, purchase, and expedite materials and subcontracted work.
• Partner with project teams to clarify requirements, priorities, and delivery needs.
• Manage RFQs, supplier quotes, commercial terms, and award recommendations.
• Create and maintain purchase orders in D365, track delivery dates, and document changes.
• Expedite open orders, communicate risks early with facts and options, and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate vendor setup, compliance, and freight/logistics to protect cost and schedule.
