Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, expediting, or related experience.
• Capital projects/EPC experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute project procurement: source, quote, negotiate, purchase, and expedite materials and subcontracted work.
• Coordinate with project teams to clarify requirements, priorities, and delivery needs.
• Manage RFQs, supplier quotes, terms, and award recommendations.
• Create and maintain purchase orders in D365 and keep records current.
• Expedite orders and communicate risks early with options and recommended actions.
• Ensure vendor setup and compliance per company policies.
