Cohesive Components is seeking a results-oriented Supply Chain Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead demand planning, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end supply chain execution. You will forecast demand, manage inventory, and partner with production, procurement, and logistics to meet customer requirements with a focus on cost control and service levels.

The role requires strategic and tactical thinking, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills to influence decisions across departments.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials or equivalent preferred.
• Sound knowledge of supply chain planning and procurement principles, theories, and processes.
• Expert negotiating skills.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• ERP knowledge / experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop forecast models based on industry trends and customer input.
• Maintain planning parameters to support sales plans.
• Review customer lead-times and stock for high-value items.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies to reduce costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain activities.
