Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AVS Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the supply chain operations. You will collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain, and Vendors to drive growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
3+ years of professional or military experience, or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning.
Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor KPI metrics such as: Out of Stock rate, total inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team.
Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement.
Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution.
