Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AVS Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our supply chain operations. The role collaborates with Retail, Supply Chain, and Vendors to drive growth, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.

The candidate should be highly organized with strong analytical skills, capable of data extraction and driving operational initiatives in ambiguous environments, and able to influence internal and external teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Excel experience
• 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver improvement opportunities around demand and production planning.
• Monitor, analyze and own Vendor KPIs such as Out of Stock rate and inbound lead times; present insights to Senior Leadership.
• Strategically analyze production and delivery lead-times and optimize processes such as PO confirmations and inventory placement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability with partner teams.
