Job summary

Rocketdyne, Jupiter Program Mgmt, is seeking a Specialist in Supply Chain Management in Jupiter, FL. The role leads SC/MM activities from customer proposal through contract closeout, interfacing with program management and IPTs to ensure material status and performance alignment with program goals.

Responsibilities include EV-based cost/schedule management, quarterly EAC reporting, risk/opportunity identification, and supporting supplier negotiations to meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience; Graduate Degree with 2+ years; or 10 years of supply chain experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in Supply Chain/Materials Management across program life cycles.
• Familiarity with Earned Value (EV) and program cost/schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Manage program health with Earned Value (EV) to control cost and schedule.
• Formulate quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) reports.
• Identify risks and opportunities in SC/MM for program scope.
• Lead or support SC/MM in proposal activities to develop compliant labor and material estimates.
• Develop and baselined IMS and budget for Supply Chain.
• Coordinate work priorities for SC/MM personnel and suppliers.
• Support supplier contract negotiations to meet program requirements.
• Actively manage suppliers to meet program requirements and reviews.
