Job summary

Rocketdyne in Mason, OH is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead end-to-end performance for the Space Electronics unit, coordinating material planning, procurement, sourcing, and inventory management for high-reliability space products.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance to ensure material availability, manage lead times, mitigate supply risks, and drive improvements across planning, supplier performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 15+ years in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with aerospace/defense or highly regulated environments.
• Proven track record of improving delivery, cost, quality.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy for the Space Electronics unit.
• Lead planning, procurement, sourcing, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align supply chain execution.
• Drive on-time delivery and mitigate supply risks across programs and suppliers.
• Establish KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Align with program milestones from development to production ramp.
