Rocket Lab seeks a Director of Planning & Fulfillment to lead end-to-end material planning across multiple sites, including production programs for launch vehicles and spacecraft. You will set readiness targets, align with procurement, and translate schedule changes into actionable plans with minimal disruption.

You will build teams, own dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in ERP processes, ensuring on-time delivery and strong program performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (16+ years total).
• Deep and hands-on MRP/ERP planning expertise.
• Proven track record building and scaling planning teams.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence across engineering, production, procurement and finance.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end multi-site material planning and fulfillment across production programs.
• Set and achieve program-level material readiness targets and KPIs.
• Partner with Procurement to align lead times and material flow to demand.
• Translate changes into actionable supply and fulfillment plans with minimal disruption.
• Establish material shortage management processes with root cause analysis.
• Build and publish executive-level material health dashboards and risk reports.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning and fulfillment, closing ERP gaps.
