HD Supply is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain - Labor Planning & Strategy to lead the development and execution of labor planning strategies across the supply chain. The role focuses on forecasting workforce needs and building data-driven models that optimize labor costs while preserving service levels.

You will partner with operations, logistics, technology and analytics teams to drive strategic workforce planning and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and cost.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain labor planning or workforce forecasting.
• BS/BA in related discipline required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with forecasting models and data-driven cost optimization.

Mansioni

• Develops, maintains and utilizes tools to enable effective development, education and direction of the supply chain process.
• Develops effective communication and processes with transportation and logistics teams.
• Evaluates suppliers on best value to improve field productivity and costs.
• Drives usage of cost models to validate commodity strategies and understand cost drivers.
• Translates complex system models (Llamasoft, Tableau) into executive-level analyses and recommendations.
• Schedules and executes periodic evaluations to ensure pricing contracts are followed.
• Provides leadership for supply chain projects.
