Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes vendor data for price, quality, and capability.
• Monitors vendor performance and drives improvement programs.
• Prepares requisitions and purchase orders to maintain inventory.
• Coordinates with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing to manage lead times.
• Directs production planning and scheduling from forecasts and orders.
• Maintains accuracy of the on-hand inventory system.
• Leads annual physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Oversees shipping and receiving of purchased parts and finished goods.
• Ensures timely delivery of orders and supports issue resolution.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
