Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations to achieve production, cost, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives.
Develop and execute annual operating plans and production strategies.
Monitor production performance, capacity utilization, labor productivity, and operating costs.
Establish and monitor KPIs for plant performance.
Lead, coach, and develop management and supervisory teams.
Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and organizational development.
Oversee budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
