Qualifications

• 1-3 years of remote staff scheduling-related experience.
• Experience preferred but not required in the oilfield /construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to fill positions on time, within budget, and a high degree of client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently, pay careful attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze situations and take appropriate action consistently with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deployment roster and ensure staff can view rosters.
• Fill positions at sites with existing employees when possible.
• Provide solutions to scheduling conflicts and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Recruiter to raise staffing needs and submit recruitment requests.
• Compile weekly and monthly metrics and identify succession candidates.
• Be main point of contact for employee concerns at sites.
• Approve/audit staff pay in ADP and escalate issues to Operations Director.
