Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead financial planning and reporting across supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and manufacturing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong experience with SAP and financial systems.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for supply chain and logistics operations.
• Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align financial targets.
• Provide financial analysis on sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and logistics.
• Drive cost visibility across materials, freight, warehousing, and distribution.
• Identify cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs like cost per unit, freight, inventory carrying costs, and variance.
• Work with operations to optimize inventory and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
• Support working capital initiatives to improve cash flow.
• Provide variance analysis and insights to leadership.
• Support long-range planning including capacity expansion and strategy.
• Ensure strong financial controls across supply chain transactions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using SAP and analytics tools.
• Serve as finance partner for modeling, scenario analysis, and make-or-buy decisions.
