Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Director, Business Integration Finance, to act as the primary finance partner for integration and transformation initiatives across the organization. You will drive financial leadership, governance, analytics, and value realization with senior leadership.

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will oversee planning, budgeting, and analytics for large-scale programs, partnering with Business Integration and executives to achieve targeted financial outcomes and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or business finance experience.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and complex business projects.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Experience presenting financial recommendations and business cases to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead finance for the Business Integration organization and strategic transformation initiatives.
Establish integration budgets, forecasts, reporting structures, and financial performance metrics.
Develop complex financial models, business cases, and investment analyses for decisions.
Prepare executive dashboards and value realization scorecards for leadership.
Drive governance, risk assessment, and continuous improvement across programs.
