Job summary

LEEBOY Inc., part of the FAYAT Group, seeks a Director to lead procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and overall supply chain strategy for manufacturing excellence. The role partners with executives to ensure material availability, optimize inventory investment, and drive continuous improvement across the network.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing supply chains, strong ERP/MRP experience, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive supply chain leadership within manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years leading multiple supply chain functions.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, inventory control and planning.
• Proficiency with Excel and analytics tools.
• Certification in CPSM, CPIM, or CSCP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management functions.
• Establish KPIs to measure supply chain performance and supplier effectiveness.
• Identify initiatives to improve service levels, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Direct sourcing and procurement activities for cost-effective materials and services.
