Job summary

LEEBOY Inc., part of the FAYAT Group, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and technological advancement across the organization. You will provide strategic and tactical leadership for manufacturing and supply chain to deliver superior products, grow profitability, and meet ambitious targets.

Lead a high-performing team, champion new technologies and process improvements, and ensure world-class safety, quality, and performance across all functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or a related technical field is required.
• MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and Executive Management to develop and execute the long-term strategic plan with operational performance accountability.
• Establish a technical vision and roadmap that positions LEEBOY as a leader in innovation, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and develop directors and managers across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and EH&S.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate product quality.
• Oversee annual operating plans, capital budgets, and resource allocation.
• Champion new technologies, automation, and process improvements for competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design Engineering, and Product Development to translate customer needs into winning products.
• Represent the company in customer relationships, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet financial and operational targets.

Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence and technological advancement across the organization. This role provides strategic and tactical leadership to all manufacturing and supply chain functions, ensuring the company consistently delivers superior products, achieves aggressive growth targets, and maintains industry-leading profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Management to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan, with direct accountability for operational performance and results.
• Establish a compelling technical vision and roadmap that positions LEEBOY as a leader in innovation, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of directors and managers across Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Environmental Health & Safety.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate product quality and reliability.
• Oversee the development and execution of annual operating plans, capital budgets, and resource allocation to support strategic priorities.
• Champion the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies, automation, and process improvements that deliver competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Design Engineering and Product Development to ensure customer needs are translated into winning products.
• Represent the company in key customer relationships, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure world-class compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions to consistently meet or exceed financial and operational targets.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The COO provides executive leadership to all core operational functions. This includes full responsibility for talent development, organizational design, performance management, and succession planning across multiple departments. The role demands a hands‑on leader who builds capability while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education & Experience
