Job summary

Boyd is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Executive to lead the development and execution of innovative procurement and supply chain strategies within our Engineered Materials group. You will cultivate supplier relationships, lead major contracts, and drive strategic cost management to optimize efficiency.

As a member of Boyd’s executive team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to improve operations, quality, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 7 years of business or procurement experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including internationally.
• Proven track record in managing strategic supplier partnerships and performance.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional negotiation abilities with knowledge of legal terms and conditions.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret market data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships for optimal performance.
• Negotiate and manage major supplier contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Represent Boyd in supply-constrained environments to protect brand and resilience.
• Negotiate price increases to control costs and optimize freight and tariffs.
• Oversee travel-related contracts for value and service quality.
• Provide strategic guidance to US site teams and international analysts.
• Analyze and report on supply chain spending for savings opportunities.
• Ensure supplier accountability for quality and implement corrective actions.
