Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Lean/CI implementations in supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years in Supply Chain/Procurement and 6 years supervisory leadership.
• Minimum 5 years sourcing internationally with import/export logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean implementation and Kaizen events within Procurement.
• Oversee global sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Manage inventory turns and on-time supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
