Job summary

The role requires 7-10 years in supply chain, a bachelor's degree in a related field, ERP/MRP experience, and proven leadership. You will drive strategic planning, KPIs, and Lean initiatives while collaborating across sites in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related operational planning roles
• Experience with materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for production capacity, inventory targets, product mix, and demand management
• Lead monthly sales, inventory, demand, and operations planning processes
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory quality, on‑time delivery, production, shipping and fulfillment
• Analyze customer demand and align production resources to meet delivery requirements
• Coordinate inventory builds, material movement, and contingency plans to mitigate supply risks
• Monitor production plans and adjust schedules based on changing business conditions
• Lead and develop supply chain and logistics personnel while fostering a collaborative team culture
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events and value stream mapping
