Job summary

ENTE K in Henderson, Nevada is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead inventory planning, production scheduling, logistics and customer fulfillment, aligning operations with engineering, sales and project management teams.

The role requires 7-10 years in supply chain, a bachelor's degree in a related field, ERP/MRP experience, and proven leadership. You will drive strategic planning, KPIs, and Lean initiatives while collaborating across sites in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related operational planning roles
• Experience with materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for production capacity, inventory targets, product mix, and demand management
• Lead monthly sales, inventory, demand, and operations planning processes
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory quality, on‑time delivery, production, shipping and fulfillment
• Analyze customer demand and align production resources to meet delivery requirements
• Coordinate inventory builds, material movement, and contingency plans to mitigate supply risks
• Monitor production plans and adjust schedules based on changing business conditions
• Lead and develop supply chain and logistics personnel while fostering a collaborative team culture
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events and value stream mapping

What You’ll Do

As a Director of Supply Chain, you’ll oversee and manage the supply chain operations for ENTEK’s Henderson machinery division. You’ll lead strategic planning efforts related to inventory, production scheduling, logistics, and customer fulfillment while ensuring alignment between operations, engineering, sales, and project management teams.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage supply chain strategies related to production capacity, inventory targets, product mix, and demand management
• Lead monthly sales, inventory, demand, and operations planning processes
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory quality, on-time delivery, production, shipping, and fulfillment performance
• Analyze customer demand and align production resources to support delivery requirements
• Coordinate inventory builds, material movement, and contingency plans to mitigate supply risks
• Monitor production plans and adjust schedules based on changing business and operational conditions
• Manage warehousing, logistics, inventory planning, and material flow activitiesCollaborate closely with engineering, project management, finance, operations, sales, and customer teams
• Lead and develop supply chain and logistics personnel while fostering a collaborative team culture
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented supply chain leader with strong operational planning experience and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related operational planning roles
• Experience with materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS certification
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience with international logistics and supply planning
• Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume operations

Your Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Occasional travel, including potential international travel, may be required.
