The Director-Supply Chain Analytics & Data Integrity provides strategic leadership for enterprise supply chain data governance, analytics, and system optimization. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of supply chain data across Oracle ERP and related systems to support operational efficiency, clinical value improvement, and cost management. Leads system-wide analytical functions, transforming complex clinical, operational, and purchasing data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, contract compliance, and value-based outcomes. Partners with Supply Chain Operations, Finance, IT, Value Analysis, and Contracting to align data strategy with organizational priorities and drive continuous improvement across all facilities.
7 years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, ERP systems, and data governance where cross-functional leadership is key. 3 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing teams.
Healthcare supply chain and value analysis experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field.
Master's Degree preferred.
Advanced data analysis and business intelligence expertise (Power BI, Excel, data warehouses and manipulation). Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems. Expertise in procurement, contracting, and inventory processes. Strong project management and communication skills.
