Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, a leading Tier 1 supplier to the global automotive industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Walker, MI team. You will support Materials, Purchasing, Engineering and Program teams, ensuring alignment with launch requirements and internal policies, while driving safety, quality and productivity across the company.

You will plan inventories, manage BOMs in Plex, and coordinate across suppliers, die shops, and OEMs for program launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Plex Systems ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage annual physical inventories.
• Track program launches and sunsets.
• Manage BOMs in Plex from launch to sunset.
• Oversee supply chain for launches with Tier 1/2, integrators, die shops, and OEMs.
• Lead launch planning meetings and ensure BOM accuracy and forecasting.
