Challenge Manufacturing in Walker, MI is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to drive material planning, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Engineering and Program teams.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics and 5+ years' manufacturing experience, with strong leadership and ERP/MRP skills, including Plex. Travel up to 40% to supplier sites and customer locations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and accountability.
• Experience with inventory, planning, and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage annual physical inventories.
• Lead launch and sunset activities for programs.
• BOM creation and maintenance in Plex from launch to sunset.
• Manage supply chain across tiers, integrators, and OEMs.
• Participate in launch meetings and ensure BOM accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Monitor demand vs. supply to address bottlenecks.
• Support business planning for future activities.
