Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, or related analytical field.
• Two years of contracting experience in a business or financial setting.
• Proficient data analysis and performance improvement skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Positive, service-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and oversee all contract negotiations and review processes.
• Serve as SME for the contract management system and promote best practices.
• Lead the RFP process with supply chain leadership.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and ensure contract compliance with market share needs.
• Lead performance improvement activities and establish standard work with the Director of Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with supply chain associates to standardize processes and optimize costs of medical supplies.
• Perform basic supply chain tasks and assist in related areas when needed.
• Mentor other supply chain staff and promote teamwork aligned with organizational goals.
• Relay pertinent information to the Corporate Director of Supply Chain to ensure clear communication.
