Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a disciplined supply chain leader to oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution for its care sites in Columbus. The role focuses on continuous improvement, cost control, and ensuring uninterrupted patient care through efficient supply delivery.

You will direct a team of supply chain professionals, align with system-wide strategies, and implement value-adding projects in procurement, warehousing, and logistics to support clinical and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in logistics, business, operations management, or related field.
• Field of study aligned with logistics/operations is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience; 5 years may substitute for a degree.
• 5–10 years of experience in a supply chain setting.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lead teams toward measurable results and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain operations for OhioHealth care sites and collaborate across the system.
• Direct management and oversight of Supply Chain associates to ensure training and performance.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, receiving, dock management, and linen distribution.
• Guide surgical supplies management, compliance with regulatory standards, and recalls coordination.
• Develop budgets, goals, and metrics; monitor financial performance of supply chain functions.
• Serve as SME for supply chain and advise hospital directors and staff on optimization.
