Job summary

Moog Inc., Central Supply Chain – Compliance & Sustainability Group, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to partner with supply chain teams to ensure procurement activities meet global regulatory, customer, and internal policy requirements. You will develop and deploy standardized policies and track emerging regulations.

The role reports to the Director, Central Supply Chain Compliance & Sustainability in an onsite or hybrid role, with the preferred location East Aurora, NY, and option for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Paralegal studies, or related field; MBA/JD preferred.
• Minimum seven years in supply chain or regulatory compliance (aerospace & defense a plus).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Proven collaborator in a geographically dispersed environment.
• Travel: 10% with occasional international or domestic travel.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory monitoring and interpretation of global, federal, and customer regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and roll out standardized supply chain policies aligned with FAR/DFARS.
• Advise Contracts & Proposals teams on compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on U.S. government procurement regulations including pricing, cost analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with Central Supply Chain Excellence to embed best practices and deliver training.
