Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for its Central Supply Chain Compliance & Sustainability group in a hybrid role. You will partner with operating groups to ensure procurement meets global and customer requirements and translate regulations into actionable policies.

You will build expertise on U.S. and international regulations, lead policy development, and provide guidance to contracts and proposals teams while enabling cross-location collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Paralegal studies, or related field required.
• MBA or JD preferred for advanced leadership and regulatory oversight.
• Minimum of seven years in supply chain or regulatory compliance, aerospace/defense a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global, federal, and customer regulations impacting Moog's supply chain.
• Develop and deploy standardized supply chain policies aligned with FAR/DFARS and regs.
• Serve as SME for contracts, proposals, and government procurement compliance.
• Deliver training and lead a compliance Community of Practice.

Education
