Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks an Enterprise Risk & Compliance Program Manager to advance enterprise risk and compliance programs across the global business.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to translate strategy into practical processes, tools, and sustainable ways of working, serving as a liaison to senior leadership. The role offers a hybrid schedule with the option to work full time on site at Moog’s East Aurora, NY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, compliance, risk management, or related field.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience implementing risk/compliance programs (ISO31000, COSO).
• Strong business partnering skills with ability to align stakeholders and translate requirements into processes.
• Proven stakeholder engagement across cultures/time zones.
• Experience delivering complex global initiatives with regional adaptation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, and ongoing management of Moog’s enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs.
• Design future-state processes; implement enabling technology and support adoption.
• Develop role-based training and micro-learning assets; ensure global accessibility and comprehension.
• Implement communication plans tailored to diverse global audiences.
• Maintain governance artifacts and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Develop KPIs, KRIs, and surveillance for continuous improvement.
