Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for our Central Supply Chain - Compliance & Sustainability group.

This role partners with operating group supply chain teams to ensure procurement activities meet global regulatory and internal policy requirements, developing standardized policies and serving as a subject-matter expert. The position reports to the Director, Central Supply Chain Compliance & Sustainability, with a hybrid work model in Buffalo, NY and potential consideration for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/JD preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of supply chain or regulatory compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement regulations.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Travel: 10% Occasional international or domestic travel.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Monitoring & Interpretation – Track global, federal, and customer-specific regulations impacting Moog's supply chain and translate them into policies.
• Policy Development & Deployment – Create, maintain, and roll out standardized supply chain policies aligning with FAR/DFARS and federal regulations.
• Advisory & Subject-Matter Expertise – Serve as the principal resource for Contracts & Proposals on compliance issues and guidance on U.S. government procurement regulations and international regulations.
• Collaboration & Training – Partner with Central Supply Chain Excellence to embed best practices and deliver training, growing a Community of Practice.
