Job summary

Hyve Solutions is a leading data center solutions provider, delivering custom server, storage, and networking solutions to major cloud, social, and enterprise customers. The role focuses on procurement analytics, demand planning, supplier negotiations, and active management of materials to ensure on-time production and cost efficiency.

The candidate will partner with planners, manage MRPs, issue purchase orders, and maintain supplier performance across North America and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 5–7 years in IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations roles such as Purchasing, Commodity Management, Demand Management, or PM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct material procurement analyses and partner with material planners on demand and supply planning.
• Perform MRP project analyses to secure management approval and meet SLA requirements for internal and external customers.
• Review material requests through the MRP system and provide senior management with visibility into inventory risks.
• Issue purchase orders to support operational and production needs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure stable supply, pricing, and service quality.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, quality issues, and inventory levels to minimize disruptions.
• Provide accurate PO ETA updates and support production schedules; escalate issues as needed.
• Resolve inventory and PO discrepancies with vendors and warehouses.
• Manage suppliers across North America and Asia, and oversee BPO teams for purchasing data entry.
• Own and manage cost change activities to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
• Assess and manage inventory lifecycle stages including aging, excess, EOL, and write-offs.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.
