Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a detail-oriented, results-driven candidate for a senior procurement and supply chain role in Fremont, CA. You will manage material procurement, perform MRP analyses, and secure management approval for supply decisions while maintaining strong supplier relationships across North America and Asia.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in IT, manufacturing, or operations; strong Excel and MS Office skills; and proven ability to negotiate, analyze data, and manage competing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Operations.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, or project management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct material procurement analyses and partner with material planners on demand and supply planning.
• Perform MRP project analyses to secure management approval and meet SLA requirements for internal and external customers.
• Review material requests and provide senior management with visibility into inventory risks and issues.
• Issue purchase orders in a timely manner to support production needs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships for stable supply, pricing, and service quality.
• Monitor supplier delivery, quality issues, and inventory levels to minimize disruptions.
• Escalate and resolve delivery, quality, and supply disruptions as needed.
