Jabil is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to design and support business plans, proactively aligning customer and Jabil expectations. You will drive strategy across procurement, planning, logistics, and design, owning BOM costing and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, inventory optimization, and cost-conscious decision making to win new business and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a high-visibility, impact-focused position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; five or more years of related experience preferred in SCM or business development.
• Certifications such as ASQ, CQE, CQM, CQA or ISO Lead Auditor are desirable; global experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy development across procurement, planning, logistics and design.
• Own end-to-end BOM costing strategy for a customer.
• Develop relationships to influence customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for strategy creation and implementation.
• Ensure planning processes support revenue projections, inventory models and flexibility.
• Oversee product launches and transitions between Jabil sites.
• Develop reporting tools for Supply Chain metrics and customer needs.
• Implement inventory programs to optimize working capital.
• Communicate customer needs across functions to align goals.
• Develop and deploy a quoting process to win new business.
