Job summary

Jabil in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager responsible for design and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies. You will own BOM costing, develop supplier relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to meet customer and company goals.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain leadership, experience with mechanical fabrication sourcing, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Travel ~25% and global exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management with leadership experience.
• Experience with custom mechanical and metal fabrication sourcing preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to read 2D drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Global experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for all supply chain disciplines (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Design, etc.).
• Own BOM costing strategy and process for a customer.
• Develop relationships to influence Customer, Suppliers, and key stakeholders within Jabil.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to teams involved in strategy creation and implementation.
• Ensure planning processes support Customer and Jabil revenue projections, inventory models, and supply chain flexibility programs.
• Develop and oversee product launch plans for new business and transitions between Jabil sites.
