Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, engineering, or material flow operations.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, JIT, Kanban, and PFEP methodologies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PFEP strategies across supply chain and maintain PFEP programs.
• Oversee Kanban systems to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.
• Analyze demand forecasts, historical usage, and inventory trends to optimize replenishment.
• Refine lot sizes, reorder points, and material flow processes.
• Support capacity planning and material forecasting initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
