Job summary
Spectrum Control is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain and manufacturing operations through advanced reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will monitor material availability, supplier performance, inventory, backlog, and delivery performance while providing actionable recommendations.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems.
- Experience developing dashboards and using data visualization tools.
- Ability to communicate findings to operations and executives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, automate, and interpret recurring supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze demand, supply trends, and material constraints for risks.
- Identify and escalate out-of-tolerance conditions before they affect schedules.
- Monitor customer requirements, delivery commitments, and backlog.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance to resolve issues.
- Validate data from multiple sources and improve reporting accuracy.
