Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Lead to develop and manage analytics, metrics, and cost optimization in a cGMP manufacturing environment. You will support Site Planning, Materials Operations, and 3PL to improve visibility and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, KPIs, and reports to drive inventory and logistics optimization, partnering with internal teams and 3PLs, and leading continuous improvement through data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, planning, logistics, finance, or BI.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments a plus.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and performance management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and standardize supply chain metrics and dashboards across Site Planning, Materials Operations, and 3PL operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Develop routine reporting and management review materials for governance processes.
• Provide analytical support for inventory management, material flow, capacity planning, and supply chain execution.
