Job summary

Gorilla Commerce is seeking a Supply Planning Analytics Manager to own analytics tools and models that guide supply decisions. You will drive robust decision-support and optimization across inventory, replenishment, and working capital, partnering with Demand, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, and Tech teams.

You will translate complex data into clear recommendations, build scalable analytics, and maintain guardrails for planning models while improving planning visibility and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated supply planning experience.
• Strong fundamentals in demand and supply variability, lead time and safety stock.
• Experience owning analytics, reporting, and decision-support tools.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and automation of analytical models, dashboards, and tools.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in supply planning.
• Develop frameworks to improve inventory investment and replenishment strategies.
• Translate analytics into actionable planning recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Continuously enhance tools for usability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, and Tech teams.
