Job summary

Wonder Group, INC is hiring a Manager, Supply Chain Strategy to design and own reporting that tracks end-to-end performance. You’ll partner across data engineering and product teams to define data requirements and monitor health metrics.

Your work will guide strategic waste-reduction initiatives and improve service levels and costs. You will build dashboards and KPIs, lead complex programs, and translate insights into actionable improvements for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years leading cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, forecasting, service levels and cost-to-serve.
• Proficiency with SQL and building data-driven dashboards.
• Experience with Looker or Tableau to track program performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify key drivers of waste across the supply chain via data and process analysis.
• Create strategic briefs with data-backed waste reduction proposals for executives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to implementation and measurement.
• Develop dashboards to track input metrics and project outcomes.
• Align partner teams on goals while delivering improvements and value.
