Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics and Data Solutions Manager in Charlotte to lead the design, governance, and optimization of scalable data solutions for end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts; maintain and optimize legacy datasets.
• Working knowledge of Visual Basic to review and enhance existing codebases.
• Proficiency in designing data cleansing, transformation, and staging processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern supply chain analytics solutions and reporting tools for planning and execution.
• Design and optimize analytical platforms to meet evolving requirements.
• Develop expertise in SAP/ERP data structures to deliver automated insights.
• Translate complex business requirements into data-driven analytics and system enhancements.
• Support end-to-end supply chain design, inventory optimization, and planning improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to define scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Govern KPI reporting and ensure transparency and leadership alignment.
• Deliver dashboards and clear insights to support decision-making across the supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve analytical capabilities.
