Job summary

Michigan Medicine is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the PAR Management team. You will streamline workflows, lead product-change initiatives, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure optimal inventory and service levels.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements across multiple sites within Michigan Medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience planning and implementing product changes across a large org.
• Expertise with Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily PAR management plan with cross-functional teams.
• Lead department-wide initiatives related to product changes.
• Organize unit conversions to 2BIN and fixed bin Kanban systems and other projects.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder feedback and requests.
• Analyze data to inform inventory management strategies.
• Facilitate continuous improvement in business operations.
• Suggest procedural improvements based on data analysis.
• Assist with building clean room supply carts.
