Trinity Health MI is seeking a Full-time Supply Chain support professional in Ann Arbor, MI to manage inventory, assist end users with supply requests, and maintain clean, organized storage areas. The role emphasizes data entry, stock replenishment, and collaboration with the Supply Chain Leader on special assignments.

Responsibilities include PAR level replenishment, resolving discrepancies, and providing inventory or data support for 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.
• Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.
• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment and obsolescence management and stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition.
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
• Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
• Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support
