Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage purchase orders for residential equipment.
• Maintain balanced inventory within budget across warehouses companywide for assigned product families.
• Analyze sales trends, historical data, and seasonal demand to forecast and replenish.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships; evaluate supplier performance for cost savings.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely inbound shipments; resolve PO/invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and generate purchasing/inventory reports for management.
• Support sales staff with product availability, lead times, and sourcing inquiries.
