Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, distribution planning, inventory management, or operations.
• Experience supporting supply planning, deployment planning, or DRP processes.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and planning applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Support instrument supply planning activities by analyzing demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory positions, and capacity constraints.
• Execute and maintain Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes to support deployment of finished instruments across regional distribution centers.
• Monitor instrument inventory levels and balance product availability, service, and inventory investment.
• Analyze supply and demand trends to identify risks, shortages, and impacts to service.
• Generate and maintain supply chain metrics like inventory levels and forecast accuracy.
• Support monthly S&OP/IBP planning activities through data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance to resolve supply chain issues.
• Assist with new instrument product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life planning.
• Support planning system processes by maintaining parameters, validating data, and aiding improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in PPIs.
