Job summary

DRS RADA Technologies, Germantown, Maryland, is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Supply Chain Analyst to join our expanding team. The role supports a fast-paced environment, collaborating with procurement, program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance to ensure materials flow and program success.

You will maintain ERP/MRP data, assist with RFQs, monitor lead times and delivery performance, and help develop dashboards across eight business units to highlight KPIs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in high technology, aerospace or defense or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain tools and procedures
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program and/or commodity progress, productivity and variance analysis, highly desirable
• Experience in finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, logistics, manufacturing and DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR, DFAR regulations, highly desirable
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff with analyses for the specific area of expertise.
• Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation.
• Maintain information on computer systems.
• Assist buyers in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.
• Develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity item.
• Prepare standard requests for quotation (RFQs).
• Monitor target costs against proposal costs.
