Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Demand and Supply Manager (REMOTE) to lead demand forecasting and inventory optimization for global clinical trials. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time supply of study drugs, leveraging advanced analytics and Thermo Fisher tools.

The position supports global healthcare and scientific advancement, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, reporting, and regulatory alignment in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of supply chain and/or planning experience leading global supply chain design and logistics management.
• Knowledge of clinical supply requirements, phases of clinical development, and influencing study designs.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, interpret and review inventory management plan to forecast supply.
• Provide input into User Requirement Specifications of Interactive Response.
• Review IRT strategy to support supply plans and adjust IRT settings.
• Establish and maintain connections between demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Generate client reports on actual spend vs budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and customers to facilitate supply planning cycles.
• Ensure temperature excursion processes are performed as required.
