Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Demand and Supply Manager (REMOTE) to drive demand forecasts and optimize inventories for global clinical trials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with study needs and budgets, ensuring patient availability and service excellence.

You will use advanced analytics to support strategic decisions, stay compliant with regulatory standards, and lead initiatives across remote and regional teams to maximize efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 4–5 years of supply chain/planning experience in clinical programs preferred.
• APICS certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and review inventory plans to forecast supply for global clinical trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and customer service.
• Develop and provide reports on project spend versus budget.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (cGMP/GCP) in study management activities.
• Lead communication across demand planning and S&OP processes.
